ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent, you are responsible for providing Home & Auto Insurance quotes to perspective customers and conducting needs-based selling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent, you are responsible for providing Home & Auto Insurance quotes to perspective customers and conducting needs-based selling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text.
- Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers.
- Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs.
- Meet established marketing activities goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license

Compensation: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
